Who we are

Relastrat is a product of Adaptensor, Inc.(“Adaptensor,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use relastrat.com and the Relastrat application at app.relastrat.com(together, the “Service”).

Questions? Email privacy@adaptensor.com.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account identity — your name, email address, and authentication identifiers, provided through Clerk (our identity provider).
  • Workspace data you submit — your Capability Profile (company description, equipment, certifications, expertise), discovery results, evidence attached to discoveries, outreach drafts, contact details you enter for outreach recipients, and any other content you create in the application.
  • Billing information — when you subscribe, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we receive a customer identifier, the tier you purchased, and subscription status from Stripe via billing.adaptensor.com.
  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected through standard server logs and Vercel hosting infrastructure for security, performance monitoring, and debugging.
  • Email engagement data — when you send outreach through Relastrat, we record open and click events for emails you send so you can see whether recipients engaged.

How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To generate discovery results — your Capability Profile and workspace content are sent to Anthropic (provider of the Claude language model) for the limited purpose of producing structured discovery output, deeper-research enrichment, outreach drafts, and AdaptGent assistant responses. Anthropic processes this content as a subprocessor under their published commercial terms.
  • To send outreach emails on your behalf via Resend (our transactional email processor).
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
  • To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Subprocessors

We use the following third-party processors to operate the Service. They may receive limited categories of information as described:

  • Anthropic — generates AI output. Receives your Capability Profile, discovery content, and chat history when you trigger AI features.
  • Clerk — authentication. Stores your account identity, email, and session tokens.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Stores billing identity and payment methods.
  • Neon — managed PostgreSQL hosting for your workspace data.
  • Vercel — application hosting and edge infrastructure.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for outreach you send.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the subprocessors listed above, with your authorization, or when required by law (subpoena, court order, or similar legal process). If Adaptensor is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the successor entity subject to this policy.

Data retention

We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your workspace, we delete associated discovery, evidence, and outreach records within 30 days. Account-level identity information is retained per Clerk's policies; billing records are retained per Stripe and our tax/accounting obligations (generally 7 years).

Your rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@adaptensor.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Our infrastructure is located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, scoped service-to-service authentication, and role-based access controls — but no system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
